How to write a SEO-friendly content: 6 tips

Before I delve deep into the subject, I think it’s time to discuss what a SEO-friendly content actually is.

A SEO-friendly content is a piece of write up that’s written in a way capable of generating SEO effective results. A SEO-friendly content is more than capable of improving your SERP rankings.

Now that’s a decent thing; there’s no doubt about. Whenever you write a piece of content, it’s advisable to make it SEO-friendly indeed. But sadly, such practice has also created a number of downsides for many bloggers and writers.

Some of them had created content purely from the point of view of SEP. They didn’t think a bit about their audience. That resulted in a number of issues. Hence, it’s also advisable for you to create a balance between SEO and the quality of your content for your target audience.

Anyway, let’s take a peek at the ways through which you can create a SEO-friendly content.

1. Write engaging content

You have to write a piece where it will seem like as if you are interacting with the reader through your words.

Don’t just write a bland piece of write up. You audience haven’t come on your page to read something resembling a topic written on the pages of a school text book. Interactions are the key. And if you can include a few hilarious references in your article, it’ll seem like an icing on the cake.

2. Place your keywords strategically

The first and the foremost thing that I’d like to say here is that DO NOT stuff keywords in your content. That’s a very bad practice from the point of view of SEO.

People had the notion that if they can cram in a specific keyword 12 times in their article, it is capable of giving them a SEO result that’s 12 times better than the original. No, it doesn’t. With Google’s latest upgrades in their search engine algorithms, such a practice is considered unethical and plain bad.

Strategic placement of keywords is essential. Using multiple keywords in your article is your article is acceptable but using a single keyword multiple times in the write up is not.

By the way, you should also remember that your keywords should blend in with your write up. It should not like a piece of foreign agent used just for the sake of SEO.

3. Choose a unique topic

If you want to generate maximum engagements on your piece of write-up, you will have to be a standout among the crowd.

Your write up should be a little different, a little unique, based on a topic that’s not easily available on the internet. And then if you can offer a bit of your own spin in it, your piece would appear more fascinating to your readers.

Remember if your readers can relate to your content, only then you will be able generate maximum engagements from your readers.

4. Making hyperlinks as a part of the article makes it more credible

A credible article is capable of generating more audience engagements and better SEO results.

If your article has a few links in it, it’s advisable to make them a part of the article as hyperlinks in specific words and phrases rather than writing it like “check this out here.”

5. All-text is boring

Your content should not be all-text. That’s just bland; that’s boring. Your audience won’t be intrigued enough by such an article to be honest.

Relevant images accompanied with relevant embedded videos are as important as text for generating maximum audience engagements. These should be your only weapons of choice through which you can make your piece interesting enough to the audience.

6. Your content should be easily shareable

If you want to create a socially engaging article, all major social shareable buttons should be present on your blog site such that your audience will be able to share your content to their respective social media profiles in a jiffy.

Search ranking improves significantly if a content is shared repeatedly on social networking platforms.

So that’s all for now then folks. Follow these 6 tips as closely as possible and you will surely be able to create a SEO-friendly content in no time. It’s time I bring this to an end for now. Hope you had a good read.
